Head of Digital, Decathlon UK
Charles-Emmanuel has been working at Decathlon for the last 10 years. He began in Belgium, playing an integral role in launching the decathlon.be website, before moving to the UK in 2015.
His different roles across digital and marketing (Web-merchandising, Traffic manager, E-commerce leader, Head of Marketing and now Head of Digital) allow him to have a broad knowledge in everything related to Digital. He currently leads the E-commerce teams and supports all the new digital initiatives in order to better suit the ever-changing needs and behaviour of Decathlon customers.
Laurent Thoumine
Managing Director Head of Retail in Europe and Consumer Goods in France & Benelux, Accenture
Laurent Thoumine is leading the Retail, Fashion and Luxury industries in Europe at Accenture as well as the Consumer Goods & Services for France & Benelux. Prior to this, he was EVP of the Celio* Group (Menswear – 1600 stores across the globe). Laurent has started his career with the Casino Group (Grocery) in France, Poland and South America before joining PwC Consulting and then Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA) where he became the country lead for France. Laurent is frequently contributing to national and international retail related business magazines and newspapers. He is part of the RMC (Retail Management Committee) of Accenture globally.
Luca Cassina
EVP Customer Success, EMEA
Luca leads Mirakl’s Customer Success team for the EMEA region and has more than 20 years of experience in retail, ecommerce, and digital payments. Previously, he ran the Fashion Marketplace at Amazon Europe and held various senior leadership roles at PayPal, including serving as Managing Director Western Europe and as General Manager Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. Previously he was the Country Manager Switzerland at Schibsted Classified Media and the Founder and CEO at TalentManager.com.
Juliette Pichard

Juliette leads the Platform Advisory Team at Mirakl.
