Philippe Berlan is Deputy Managing Director of La Redoute in charge of trade.

Graduated of Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris (ENSMP), Philippe Berlan, is a specialist in product offerings from first price to high-end brands and all types of retail.

Philippe Berlan began his career within the consulting firm Bossard Consultants as a management and organization consultant from 1993 to 1997. He then joined Petit Bateau where he was successively Director of Change Management, Strategic Marketing and then Retail. He then joined Lancel (RICHEMONT group) as Deputy Managing Director, from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, he joined Petit Bateau again as Managing Director. In 2010, he joined Casino group as Director of Non-Food Activities.

Philippe Berlan joined La Redoute in 2012 to take a global responsability on trade including the development of La Redoute as a market place. Since 2012, he has been strongly involved in the successful turn-around of the company.

With a career spanning more than 40 years, Mr. Nairn brings a global perspective to the Canadian retailer, having worked across markets including Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., Europe, Asia and South Africa. Mr. Nairn has a remarkable track record of driving profitable growth and transformational change. Since joining Hudson’s Bay, Mr. Nairin has been driving a purpose-led digital-first transformation of the business, and has launched Hudson’s Bay’s marketplace, propelling thebay.com to the forefront of ecommerce in Canada. Previously, Mr. Nairn was CEO of David Jones, Australia’s leading premium omnichannel department store chain, where he delivered significant profitability improvement.

Focusing on digital & data platforms, next generation ERP, advanced analytics and AI, e2e customer journeys, connected car platform strategies, consumer industry specific applications and industry 4.0 technology strategies.
