MaryAnn Miller

MaryAnn Miller is senior vice president and chief administrative officer reporting to Avnet CEO Bill Amelio. She is a member of the Avnet Executive Board and a corporate officer. In her current role, Ms. Miller oversees a global team responsible for information technology, digital tools and ecommerce, marketing, programming & quality, and logistics in support of Avnet’s multi-year strategic plan. She also serves as chief of staff to the CEO and Board of Directors. Ms. Miller's career includes more than 25 years of experience in human resources and operations management in insurance, banking, wireless communications, aerospace, and technology distribution and services.

Nishant Nishant
Vice President of Digital, Avnet

Nishant oversees the digitization of customer experience, operations and the management of new platform based business models, aligned with Avnet’s top five strategic priorities. Prior to joining Avnet in 2016, Nishant served as a strategy consultant at Accenture, UK, supporting clients such as Coca Cola, Mondelez, and Cannon, amongst others with digital go-to-market strategies, operating model optimization via digital self-service tools, and creation of digital center of excellence models. He has also worked on the senior leadership team at Premier Farnell (acquired by Avnet in 2016) in digital and strategy leadership roles.

Samer Shehadeh
Global eCommerce & Innovation Director for ABB Electrification
Samer is a 20+ year veteran in the Digital Commerce arena.  He is currently the Global eCommerce & Innovation Director for ABB Electrification Business.  In this role, Samer is responsible for global eCommerce strategic initiatives targeting online and digital sales growth that provide an amplified digital customer experience and strengthening our digital distributor/customer relationships.  Prior to joining ABB, Samer was with Eaton where he was responsible for their global eCommerce program. Previously, he had spent over 10 years consulting in the digital transformation space.
