Over the past 20 years, Adrien has built and led winning teams across the globe and generated billions in sales for customers.
Vanessa Stützle
Chief Digital Officer, Douglas

Vanessa Stützle is the Chief Digital Officer at Douglas GmbH and has been responsible for Douglas’ online business since January 2018. She has also served as Chief Digital Officer at the s.Oliver Group where she was responsible for the eCommerce business for all the Group’s brands and while there built one of the largest mono-label shops in Europe in the fashion segment. Stützle has held positions at ESPRIT and SBK Consulting Team GmbH, creating over 16 years of experience in the field of digitalization in retail. Vanessa studied business administration at the University of Cologne, Germany.

Adam Powell
Chief Digital Officer, The Bay
In Adam's role at The Bay (Chief Digital Officer) he oversees Marketplace, Site Experience, Site Operations and Product/UX teams for thebay.com. With 20+ years of retail experience, eCommerce became his primary focus in 2008 and Digital Transformation has been at the heart of every role since. Adam's past retailers include Walmart, Staples and Office Depot.
