Josh Janos is the vice president of Marketplace at Macy’s, Inc. He has nearly 15 years of experience in e-commerce, supply chain transformation, corporate strategy and enabling curated marketplace experiences.
 
Joe Sawyer
Chief Marketing Officer, Mirakl
Joe leads Mirakl‘s global marketing, helping accelerate the company’s growth while establishing category leadership. He joins with more than 20 years of experience in technology-led innovation, first as an eCommerce analyst at Forrester in the US and Europe before transitioning to leadership roles in marketing and business development at SAP, Amwell, and ReliaQuest. Joe has lived, worked and studied in six countries. He holds a BA from Bowdoin and MBA from INSEAD.

Sophie leads Mirakl’s global Customer Success team in the beauty, fashion, and home categories, where she is responsible for driving marketplace adoption, growth, customer satisfaction and advocacy. Sophie joined Mirakl from McKinsey, where she was a partner leading large-scale digital transformation projects for clients in consumer, retail, tech and private equity sectors. She graduated from HEC and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
