Krasen has more than 15 years of experience in strategy and business leadership roles across developed and developing markets and across industries. In his current role as the 3M Marketplace leader Krasen leads the team responsible for the deployment, management, and the operations of the 3M Marketplace. He is also responsible for defining the Marketplace strategy as part of the overall go-to-markets approach. His previous roles with 3M include Strategy Manager with 3M International Operations, Strategy Manager with 3M Central and Eastern Europe and a Division Manager role for the 3M Medical Solutions Division in Russia. Prior to 3M Krasen held business leadership roles in the energy industry in Germany and in the UK.
